By submitting your information via our website forms or when you engage with our services, you express your consent for us to share your information in this way.   • The partner mortgage broker or other financial service provider may use your personal information to contact you and negotiate a refinancing home loan deal.
  • The partner mortgage broker or other financial service provider may store your personal information for this purpose.
  • You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us as detailed in our privacy policy.

Personal Information and Our Service

Personal information is collected by Refy to, among other things; enable us to provide you with the financial products and the services that you have requested and to assist us in improving our products and services. If you choose not to provide personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the products and services that you require, or a high level of service.

When a user submits information for a Refy match, quote or tool service, the user opts implied permission to opt in to directing marketing and send you marketing messages, materials, adverts and promotions relating to solar and electricity services we provide or which can be offered by our platforms we have white labelled.

You will be free to withdraw your consent to this at any time, by contacting us as detailed in this privacy policy or as detailed in any direct marketing that you receive.
