Refy may provide your personal information to our partner mortgage brokers and lenders who may call you to negotiate a new home loan deal. By submitting your information via our website forms or when you engage with our services, you express your consent for us to share your information in this way. By providing your express consent, you agree that:

Personal Information and Our Service
Personal information is collected by Refy to, among other things; enable us to provide you with the financial products and the services that you have requested and to assist us in improving our products and services. If you choose not to provide personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the products and services that you require, or a high level of service.
When a user submits information for a Refy match, quote or tool service, the user opts implied permission to opt in to directing marketing and send you marketing messages, materials, adverts and promotions relating to solar and electricity services we provide or which can be offered by our platforms we have white labelled.
You will be free to withdraw your consent to this at any time, by contacting us as detailed in this privacy policy or as detailed in any direct marketing that you receive.
